Absolutely. We offer flexible recurring plans: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, depending on your home’s needs and your preferences.

2. Is there any discount for recurring service?

Yes, customers who sign up for a recurring cleaning service will receive discounts. For weekly service, you will receive a 20% discount. For service every 2 weeks, we have a 15% discount. For service every 4 weeks, you will get a 10% discount.

3. Is there a contract or any obligations with signing up?

No! Setting up a recurring service will not lock you into any obligations or contracts. You can freely cancel or reschedule anytime, as long as it's 24 hours or more before the next scheduled booking to avoid a late cancellation fee! You will receive reminders via email on your upcoming booking.

4. Can I pause or skip a recurring appointment?

Yes. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning to skip, reschedule, or pause. We’re flexible when you’re busy.

5. How often should Maid Sailors clean my home or business?

Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically, our customers schedule an initial detailed cleaning of their home followed by a recurring cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home is always clean and in top shape.

6. Will the same cleaner come every time?

Whenever possible, yes. We strive for continuity. If your regular cleaner isn’t available, we’ll send someone equally trained and vetted.

7. Can I make changes to the tasks or schedule?

Yes. You can adjust your cleaning tasks, add special services, or change time slots. Just update your preferences via your online account or contact our Happiness Team. Note: some changes may impact pricing or scheduling availability.
