1. How do I book a cleaning?
You can schedule a cleaning in three easy ways:

Just pick your date, time, home size, and any add-on services - we’ll handle the rest.
2. Where does Maid Sailors provide service?
We currently service:

3. What service types do you offer?
We provide standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and customizable add-on services (e.g. oven clean, interior windows).

4. How far in advance should I book?
Maid Sailors is fully staffed and ready to accept bookings without advance notice. There's no need to book in advance, we accept same-day bookings! For recurring clients, we’ll reserve your slot in advance.
5. Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Please notify us 24 hours in advance for changes or cancellations. Late changes may incur a fee (see our Billing Policy). In emergencies, contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.
7. Will the same cleaner come every time?
If you're happy with your cleaner you had, we're happy to send them to all of your appointments! You just have to contact us to let us know, and we'll make it happen! If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will reach out to offer a replacement who’s equally vetted and trained, or a new slot that fits your preferred cleaner's availability.
8. What if something is wrong after my cleaning?
